The Voter Education and Outreach Team works to ensure that our community is engaged, informed, and empowered to exercise their right to vote.
This team encourages active participation in the electoral process by providing voters with the tools they need to make well-informed decisions. Specifically, the VEO Team works to register and provide voters with election information and voting resources like VOTE411.org, EasyVoterGuide.org, candidate forums and Pros & Cons (ballot measure info) and a variety of printed materials as well as sharing information online through social media and Marinlwv.org .
Our outreach work includes building collaborative relationships with community organizations and staffing information tables at events throughout Marin County to connect with the entire Marin community with a focus on increasing our impact with high potential voters.
In 2024, we are supporting the Marin County Elections Dept. to educate voters on the More Days, More Ways to Vote in Marin County. We are also continuing to support local community organizations in their voter engagement work, collaborating with our League’s other Voter Service Teams, tabling at events throughout our county and Getting Out The Vote !
We are planning for the November 5, 2024 General Election now. Please JOIN US to empower every Marin voter to exercise their right to vote !!
